Chef Fabrice Roux, a native of Laon, France has been cooking since he was a young boy, by his grandmother's side.
Chef began his professional culinary career in Paris at landmarks such as Star Michelin Hotel Crillon with Chef Christian Constant, as his mentor. Chef spent 12 years cooking in Paris before coming to the United States
Chef lives in Carmel Valley with his wife and business partner Jennifer Roux and son Jake. Carmel Valley was a precious vacation spot for the family before they decided to call paradise "home", in October 2015.
Chef and Jennifer opened ROUX in 2015 and Carmel Valley Chophouse in 2017.
Chef invites you to drink and dine as he does in his namesake ROUX Restaurant. With over 400 labels on the wine list and every changing menu, dinner really is an experience.
